The ChromaLuxe printing process involves fixing color pigments onto a high-quality aluminum panel.
The pigments representing each color are applied at high temperature (200°C) through a process of 'sublimation' (passage from a solid state to a gaseous one). The layers of color thus formed are fused, as it were, with the aluminum surface, resulting in perfect cliché fixation. ChromaLuxe prints have a brilliance, a level of contrast and a depth of hue that give the image unrivalled chromatic intensity and brilliance. The image is truly magnified, taking on a new dimension. What's more, ChromaLuxe prints offer outstanding resistance characteristics:
- water resistance,
- resistance to grease stains,
- resistance to sunlight and strong light,
- mechanical resistance,
- temperature resistance.
These features allow you to place a ChromaLuxe print virtually anywhere you like:
- in your bathroom (shower cubicle, above the bathtub),
- in your kitchen (even behind a cooktop or worktop)
- outdoors (terrace, balcony),
- in your elevators,
- in your meeting rooms,
- your company lobby,
- any place where a traditional draught could be quickly damaged.
The surface of a ChromaLuxe print is washable (with a simple glass cleaner), so it's impervious to grease and fingerprints.
